Board Member

1. Must attend all scheduled org meetings.
2. Must raise and lower cloak when requested, when available.
3. Must actively and proactively seek new quality members
4. Must maintain a reasonable presence in the game
5. Must exercise the right to vote on topics presented by the Board and Director
6. Must lead by example, provide direction to all executives, and help increase Blackspice's reputation
7. Must aide activity by leading raids or events on a reasonable timeline

Executive

1. Must attend all scheduled org meetings.
2. Must raise and lower cloak when requested, when available.
3. Must actively and proactively seek new quality members
4. Must maintain a reasonable presence in the game
5. Must communicate with Board Members and Director about goals and direction
6. Must lead by example, provide direction to all members, and help increase Blackspice's reputation
7. Must aide activity by offering assistance to the Board Members and Director in running events

Member

1. Must attend all scheduled org meetings.
2. Must actively and proactively seek new quality members

Requirements to gain rank

Board Member

1. Must attend all scheduled org meetings.
2. Must recruit four new members into Blackspice
3. Must display proactive leadership
4. Must participate in scheduled events
5. Must demonstrate solid raid leading skills
6. Must show a strong presence in the game

Executive

1. Must attend all scheduled org meetings.
2. Must recruit two new members into Blackspice
3. Must display proactive leadership
4. Must participate in scheduled events

Member

1. Must complete week long applicant process.
